Welcome to Fitness-Fusion!

Hi, I’m a 52-year-old mother and wife with a passion for fitness. Three years ago, I looked in the mirror and realized I needed a change. I believe everyone should feel happy and comfortable in their own skin, but I wasn't. I was out of breath easily, and my clothes kept getting tighter. So, I decided to take action.

My fitness journey started with walking, then dancing, running, and eventually weightlifting. I didn’t follow any special diet, just practiced moderation.

Now, I want to continue this journey and I’d love for you to join me. Let’s explore different workouts and healthy habits together. Share your tips, and I’ll share mine. Together, we’ll find what works best for us.
